About this role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Operations team in developing ongoing support and training plan for CRM/IMCM
    • Support the Veeva CRM change management in assisting in the creation of training material and tutorials
    • Support the transition for the medical team to Veeva MedCRM - Complete an inventory of all documents available to reps & modify for Medical Team where applicable
    • Liaise and manage input from various department and process owners within the company
    • Lead feedback initiative with field users and develop a plan to act on key items identified
    • Extensively collaborate with cross functional and sales operations team to optimize successful adoption of Veeva
      • Contribute to the Sales Ops team as an active participant in our team meetings
      • Level 1 CRM ticket point person and responsible for escalation
      • Collaborate with global reimbursement team (SSO) to ensure payments are compliant and act as a point person for field users. Update YourDocs platform for timely reimbursements as required.
      • Support innovation by proactively identifying areas of improvement within the Sales Ops team with focus around CRM support model
      • Support the adoption of Veeva CRM by providing support sessions as required
      • Responsible for Veeva reports creation and adjustments
      • Lead Samples & Literature Management process for Operations (rep allocation in CRM, status update, ship to overwrite, annual audits, etc.)
      • Responsible for accurate and timely Rep Roster management
      • Review & update Sales Ops Good Practices and SOP as it relates to CRM & Reimbursement

      About you

      Requirements

      • Critical thinking and attention to detail
      • Veeva CRM experience as administrator/back office
      • Ability to work within a cross functional team
      • Time management skills essential
      • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
      • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
      • Bilingualism & Field Experience an asset
