About this role

Responsibilities

  • Storage and order of documentation
  • Offer support on the use of databases and software office
  • Provide training to employees on databases e.g. SOLABS
  • Convert different documents into other software, format texts if necessary
  • Manage all documents (data entry, scanning, classification and archiving)
  • Maintain data relating to medical affairs and perform the required follow-ups
  • Proceed to send various documents internationally
  • Ensure adequate monitoring of the various documents (e.g. contracts in SOLABS).
  • Coordinate the external archiving and confidentiality of the destruction for the whole Company documents Regulatory compliance of promotional material
  • Organize periodic meetings of various multidisciplinary specialists (either legal, medical and regulatory)
  • Submit documents to the external and internal committee of the Legal, Medical and Regulatory (LMR) for approval
  • Receive and coordinate revisions of promotional material
  • Re-read and correct the texts relating to the promotion
  • Submit branded documents to the FDA following approval by the ‘LMR’ external committee
  • Research articles or reports in response to requests from medical specialists
  • Produce quality control reports
  • Support in activities related to compliance under the Sunshine Act / Transparency reports
  • Negotiate the annual agreement with the service provider for the production and submission of disclosure reports under the Sunshine Act and certain laws
  • Regulatory compliance of promotional material
  • Organize periodic meetings of various multidisciplinary specialists (either legal, medical and regulatory)
  • Submit documents to the external and internal committee of the LMR for approval
  • Receive and coordinate revisions of promotional material
  • Re-read and correct the texts relating to the promotion
  • Submit branded documents to the FDA following approval by the ‘LMR’ external committee
  • Research articles or reports in response to requests from medical specialists
  • Produce quality control reports

About you

Requirements

  • DEC in administration or field related to employment
  • Bachelor of Science an asset; scientific knowledge an asset
  • Experience in document archiving
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Word, Power Point, advanced Excel and Outlook software
  • Ease of using the Internet
  • French-English bilingualism, spoken and written
