Brunel is currently searching for a Business Development Manager for direct hire with our client to support their Rocky Mountain Region. This will be a remote position. You will need to reside near Denver, CO; Casper, WY; or Williston, ND.

In this new business development position, you will be responsible for customer development and sales for customer SKID fabrication for the gas and energy sector.

  • Initiate business development by identifying, developing, negotiating and maintaining customers as the leading provider of skids within gas and energy industries
  • Develop and negotiate with key vendors to obtain preferential pricing agreements and collaborate with the procurement team
  • Drive contract negotiations
  • Lead and provide input in the entire fabrication process from initial customer contact to project completion
  • Create presentations, proposal and budgets
  • Manage contacts and relationships
  • Promote business expansion
  • Establish, meet and exceed KPI targets

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business development experience with a proven track record of sales and business development within the oil & gas industry required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong organizational, leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and customer focused
  • Familiar with applicable Federal, State and Local regulatory agency requirements for handling, storage and transportation of crude oil products.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record based on company standards
  • Positive attitude towards producing aggressive sales targets in a start-up expansion division
  • Connections within the major pipeline and/or developer companies is critical
  • Willingness to travel throughout North America
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
