About the Role

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for filling high-priority positions across the Life Sciences vertical as well as training/mentoring a team of Junior Recruitment Consultants. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of recruitment experience with a track record of success, as well as previous experience managing a team of recruiters.

This position is remote and is open to all United States applicants.

  • Work with Life Sciences team to develop strategic relationships with current and potential clients to find recruitment opportunities.
  • Identify and attract talented Life Sciences specialists through market research, networking, and industry event/conference attendance as necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with talented Life Sciences specialists through communication including but not limited to social media, phone calls, video calls, emails, etc.
  • Screen and interview Life Sciences candidates based on client specifications to connect specialists with pioneering Life Sciences projects.
  • Train and mentor team of Junior Recruitment Consultants to aid in career and personal development.
  • Develop ideas and strategies to contribute to long-term growth of Life Sciences vertical and Brunel as a whole.


  • 5+ Years of recruitment experience required. Experience in Life Sciences recruitment preferred.
  • Experience training and mentoring a team of recruitment consultants required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
