About the Role

We’re looking for someone that’s motivated, results-driven, collaborative, and excited to build their own book of business with unlimited growth potential and opportunity. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.

This position is remote and available to all United States applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop potential new Life Sciences client relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close and ongoing account management.
  • Learn the ins and outs of Brunel’s business and the Life Sciences market, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor in the industry.
  • Represent Brunel at meetings and events, promoting our services and capabilities, always maintaining a positive and professional impression.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their biggest challenges, recognizing where there are potential opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Assess and advise on where we can make improvements across the business including but not limited to client/contractor experience, internal initiatives, etc.
  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams internally (recruitment, commercial, operations, payroll, marketing, etc.)
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
  • Manage book of business, staying on top of your sales funnel and forecasting
  • Demonstrate a passion for people to all coworkers, clients and contractors.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of recruitment experience in any industry required. Experience in Life Sciences recruitment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
